We Offer International Courier Services

We offer comprehensive handling of express courier shipments, covering various services such as:

1. Pickup Services:
– Door-to-door pickup
– Pickup from the airport

2. Customs Clearance:
– Clearance at the origin and destination
– Handling customs procedures for both origin and destination

3. Air Transportation:
– Swift and efficient air transport services

4.Delivery Services:
– Delivery at the destination airport or door-to-door delivery

For Door-to-Door services, we manage pickup from your location, customs clearance at both the origin and destination, and delivery to the specified address as per your instructions. To facilitate customs clearance for commercial shipments, necessary documents and payments of duties and taxes are required, excluding document and sample shipments.

Additional services include Door to Airport, Airport to Airport, and Airport to Door services. We manage customs clearance through our own facilities or designated clearing agents.

Our Courier License authorizes us to clear express courier shipments at our Express Terminals in Delhi. Additionally, we offer booking and forwarding services for domestic shipments via air timely delivery.

We handle various types of shipments:
– Commercial shipments
– Non-commercial sample shipments
– Documents

Terms of Carriage:
In case of mishandling, complaints and claims are governed by the terms and conditions mentioned on the Sai Overseas Express air waybill. Claims must be filed within specified time limits and include required documents.

Procedure for Filing Claims:
– Claims for delay and damage must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
– Claims for loss, non-delivery, and misdelivery must be received within 7 days of the courier company accepting the shipment.
– Required documents for claims include a written notice on the shipper’s letterhead, a copy of the invoice, and other relevant supporting documents.

Freight Charges:
The courier company may not act on any claim until transportation charges are paid, and the claim amount should not be deducted from these charges.

Legal Action:
The right to damages against the courier company expires if legal action is not brought within two years from the date of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Prohibited Items:
Various items are prohibited from shipment, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, dangerous goods, firearms, ivory products, perishable goods, and more. Shippers are responsible for complying with government regulations, and shipments are subject to inspection by customs or other authorities.

We reserve the right to refuse transportation for packages lacking contact details or goods impractical for transportation. Some prohibited items may be accepted on a contractual basis for shippers with regular volume and compliance with regulations.

  • Personal effects
  • Plants
  • Pornographic materials
  • Seeds
  • Tobacco and tobacco products
  • Unaccompanied baggage
  • White Goods (fridges, ovens, etc.)
